My Goals

I would have to say that I have set a lot of goals for me this year as my first year in college. My biggest goal that I want to accomplish, but is going to be very challenging. I've also set a goal for softball is to get a lot faster, get in better shape, work harder, learn more for my coach, and get better in hitting and fielding. If I accomplish those goals then my second goal will be to earn my starting position in left field this year as a freshman. I don't care as much if I don't hit as long as  I get to start in left field I will be so proud of myself and feel so accomplished. I love playing outfield and not that bad at it so if I start this year I will be so proud of myself! Some of my goals this week I would have to say is to ace my Anatomy & Physiology test on monday, which is going to very difficult. There is no multiple choice questions like in high school on every test. This test consist of true and false, fill in the blank with no word bank, charts and pictures. For this week I would also set a goal to get better and strong this week in 6 o'clock workouts. I want to push myself harder to make sure I get stronger so I can improve in softball hitting, fielding, and throwing. These goals are goals that I can accomplish under a short period of time and long period of time. Some will be more difficult than others, but they are possible to make it happen. Like the 4.0 is a perfect example of a very challenging goal of mine, but it can be possible if I really work hard and do all my work in all my classes and study very hard for all my test and quizzes. Also with getting faster, better, and stronger for softball is definitely a long term goal, but the only way I can accomplish it is by working out everyday and pushing myself even if I don't think I can do it. If I work hard every morning and work hard and push my body I will complete that goal and my softball will improve tremendously. If I do that then that will lead me to accomplishing another goal of mine for softball, which is to start in the left field as a freshman in college. If I work hard and do well I will reach the hardest goal of mine which is to get a college award.
